Nevada Nirvana

The last week has been spent in Las Vegas with Sarah at a conference all week and AJ going on some photographic expeditions.  Highlights of the week included:

• Driving through Death Valley and managing to get a flat tyre (what is it with us and flat tyres when travelling through California?)
• Meeting up with Colin (our best man) in Las Vegas for an evening
• Finding that we had 'ringside' tickets from our hotel room to see Tears for Fears, who were playing a concert at our hotel pool on the night we checked in (our hotel room looks over the pool).
• Sarah meeting lots of new people at the conference
• AJ going gun-shooting at "The Gun Store" a famous tourist attraction in Las Vegas
• AJ taking a one night trip to the Grand Canyon to get some sunset, sunrise and night-sky shots
